Shipping, Warranty and Returns
If you are buying from our online bike store, when you check out please enter your post code to calculate exact shipping prices. This option makes buying a bike online easier than ever. We are able to ship anywhere outside of Australia, however you will need to contact us first by phone or e-mail to arrange supply.
TRIX orders are usually dispatched between 1 and 2 business days, however it may take longer during seasonal peaks. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your delivery at your specified delivery address. (You can enter a home or business address.)
We also offer a free collection service. Order your TRIX bike part or bicycle online and select the collection option. The collection address is Unit 3, 8 Aquatic Drive, Frenchs Forest, NSW, 2086.
Please note every TRIX bike comes boxed and 85% assembled. The remaining assembly will require about 30 minutes to complete. Please ensure that someone who is experienced in bike assembly completes this. Any damage made during the assembly process is not covered by warranty. The only tools required are a shifter and screw driver. If you are unsure of the assembly process, please take the bike to your local bike shop for assembly.
For local customers, there is the option to have your bike built for you at our workshop. Buy your TRIX bike online, and contact us to arrange a time. This bike service can be completed at an extra cost of $50.00 per bike. Our workshop is located at Unit 3, 8 Aquatic Drive, Frenchs Forest, NSW, 2086.
TRIX bikes are made with the highest quality Shimano components and TRIX parts. We expect that you can enjoy your TRIX all terrain, big wheel bike for years to follow. In the case that your bike experiences problems, parts are covered by the warranty below:
- The TRIX aluminum frame has a lifetime warranty.
- Every other individual TRIX bicycle part is covered by a one year warranty from the date of purchase.
Any damage made during the assembly process is not covered by warranty. TRIX bike parts and spare parts are sold separately. Our workshop is located at Unit 3, 8 Aquatic Drive, Frenchs Forest, NSW, 2086.
TRIX products can be returned ONLY if the product box is completely unopened. Returns for opened or used products will not be accepted. Freight for returns is at the expense of the customer, not TRIX.
Your personal information won’t be shared anywhere it shouldn’t be. The personal information you provide us will primarily be used for TRIX to complete your order. When you enter these details, it is implied that you understand and consent to this. If you consent to joining TRIX Club, your personal information will be used to send you promotional material and updates.
